1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to the SmartTradingClub bootcamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
2. The Service
SmartTradingClub provides educational content, mentorship sessions, and trading strategy materials. The bootcamp is a one-time mentorship program. Materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The bootcamp is a one-time payment of $1,199 USD. Due to the immediate access nature of the digital materials, all sales are final. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
4. Requirements
Students must use a trading platform that supports order flow data (e.g. Bookmap, Quantower, Sierra Chart, NinjaTrader with order flow add-on, ATAS, Jigsaw). It is the student's responsibility to obtain and maintain their own trading platform and data subscription.
5. No Guarantees
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Testimonials and payout examples shown on this site reflect individual student results and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses incurred.
6. Intellectual Property
All bootcamp materials, including videos, documents, and proprietary strategies, are the property of SmartTradingClub. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access with others.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartTradingClub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bootcamp materials or any trading decisions you make based on them.
